Ibtiaath platform is committed to providing the highest levels of service and transparency. We understand the importance of trust between the platform and students, which is why we have established a clear and fair refund policy for all parties.

Refund Conditions

Application Rejection by University

In case of university admission rejection, students are eligible for a refund according to the following terms:

  • Full Refund (100%): Full refund if rejection is due to an error from the platform or missing documents provided by us.
  • Partial Refund (70%): 70% refund if rejection is due to student not meeting admission requirements or missing student-provided documents, with 30% deducted as administrative and processing fees.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the official university rejection date.

Service Not Delivered

If the platform is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons beyond student's control:

  • Full refund (100%) within 14 business days.
  • No administrative fees will be deducted in this case.

Cancellation by Student

If student wishes to cancel the request before submission to university:

  • Before work starts: 90% refund with 10% deducted as administrative fees.
  • After work starts, before submission: 50% refund.
  • After submission to university: No refund available.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • After application acceptance by the university and student receiving admission.
  • Submission of false information or forged documents by student.
  • Student failure to provide required documents within specified deadlines.
  • Fully completed services such as translation, authentication, and scientific publication.
  • After 60 days from payment date without submitting a refund request.

Refund Process

    Submit Request: Student must submit an official refund request via email or through their platform account.

    Review: Request will be reviewed by support team within 5-7 business days.

    Decision: Student will be notified of the final decision with reasons explained.
  4. 4
    Refund: If approved, amount will be transferred to original payment method within 14-21 business days.
