Refund Policy

Ibtiaath is committed to transparency and fairness. We have designed this refund policy to be clear and reasonable for all parties. Please read it carefully before purchasing any service.

Refund Eligibility

University Application Rejected

If a university admission application is rejected, refunds are issued as follows:

  • Full refund (100%): If the rejection is caused by an error on our part or documents we submitted incorrectly.
  • Partial refund (70%): If the rejection is due to the student not meeting admission requirements or missing documents on the student's side — 30% is retained as an administrative fee.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the official rejection date.

Service Not Delivered

If Ibtiaath is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons beyond the student's control:

  • A full refund (100%) will be issued within 14 business days.
  • No administrative fees will be deducted in this case.

Student-Initiated Cancellation

If the student wishes to cancel their application before it is submitted to the university:

  • Before work begins: 90% refund (10% administrative fee).
  • After work begins, before submission: 50% refund.
  • After submission to the university: No refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • After the university has issued an acceptance offer to the student.
  • If fraudulent or falsified documents were submitted by the student.
  • If the student failed to provide required documents within specified deadlines.
  • For fully completed services such as translation, certification, and research publication.
  • After 60 days have passed from the payment date without a refund request being filed.

Refund Process

    Review: Our support team will review your request within 5 to 7 business days.

    Decision: You will be notified of the final decision with a clear explanation.

    Refund issued: If approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 14 to 21 business days.
