User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential

• Pay all applicable fees on time

Fees and Payments

Service fees are clearly stated on the platform. By confirming an order, you commit to paying the agreed fees. All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

• Service fees are due upon order submission
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time
• Any additional fees imposed by universities or third parties are the user's responsibility
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders cancelled before processing begins: 90% refund (10% administrative fee)
• Orders cancelled after processing begins: up to 50% refund
• Fees paid to universities or third parties are non-refundable
• Translation and certification fees are non-refundable once completed
• If we cannot deliver the service due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund will be issued

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the platform, including design, logos, and content, are owned by Ibtiaath. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee:

• Acceptance of applications by universities or academic institutions
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by universities or third parties
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our services will meet your specific requirements

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to these services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any of these Terms of Service
• Submission of false or misleading information
• Attempted fraud or misuse of services
• Failure to pay outstanding fees
• Any conduct we consider harmful to the platform or other users

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to:

• First attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting our support team
• If unresolved, submit to binding arbitration
• Waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baghdad, Iraq.
