These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ibtiaath platform and services operated by Ibtiaath Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17056260), registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

• "Platform" — the Ibtiaath website and mobile application
• "Services" — all academic facilitation services offered through the platform
• "User" / "you" — any individual who registers for or uses the platform
• "Content" — documents, data, and information you submit through the platform
• "We" / "us" / "our" — Ibtiaath Ltd

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their legal guardian, that you accept these Terms on their behalf, and that you take full responsibility for their use of the platform.

4. Services Provided

Ibtiaath provides facilitation and advisory services including:

• University admission application assistance to institutions worldwide
• Scholarship identification and application support
• Certified translation of academic and official documents
• Research publication assistance in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
• Student flight booking at competitive rates

Ibtiaath acts as a facilitator and intermediary. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship awards, publication acceptance, or any specific outcome from universities or third-party institutions. Final decisions rest solely with those institutions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Submit only genuine, unaltered documents
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Comply with the admission requirements and policies of partner universities
• Pay all applicable service fees on time

Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all fees paid, and referral to relevant authorities.

6. Fees and Payments

• Service fees are clearly displayed on the platform before you confirm an order
• By confirming an order, you authorise us to charge the stated fee to your selected payment method
• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not apply to confirmed orders
• Any fees charged directly by universities, government bodies, or third-party service providers are separate and are the user's sole responsibility
• Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of in-progress services

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the platform — including but not limited to design, logos, written content, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Ibtiaath Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform or its content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ibtiaath shall not be liable for:

• Any university, institution, or third party's decision to reject an application
• Delays, errors, or omissions by universities, embassies, or government authorities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime or errors

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms
• Submit false, fraudulent, or forged documents or information
• Engage in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties
• Fail to pay outstanding fees
• Are found to be using the platform for unlawful purposes

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations arising prior to termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first at help@ibtiaath.com. We will make every effort to resolve disputes informally within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, those laws apply in addition to and are not displaced by these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
