Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country to use our services. If you are using the platform on behalf of a minor, you acknowledge that you are their legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

• University admission from various global universities
• Processing tuition payments and installments
• Publishing academic research in peer-reviewed journals
• Certified translation of academic documents
• Authentication of official documents
• Academic consulting and additional services

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and correct information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Not use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Respect the terms and conditions of partner universities
• Pay all due fees on time

Fees and Payments

Our service fees are clearly stated on the platform. Once you confirm your request, you are obligated to pay the agreed fees. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

• Service fees are due upon order submission
• We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time
• Any additional fees imposed by universities or external parties are the user's responsibility
• In case of delayed payment, the service may be suspended or canceled

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your services according to the following terms:

• Orders can be canceled before processing begins with a 90% refund (10% administrative fee)
• After processing begins, no more than 50% of paid amounts can be refunded
• Fees for applications submitted to universities or external parties are completely non-refundable
• Translation and authentication fees are non-refundable after work is completed
• In case of university admission rejection, processing fees are not refundable
• If we are unable to provide the service for technical reasons, we will issue a full refund

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee:

• Acceptance of applications by universities or academic institutions
• Accuracy or completeness of information provided by universities or third parties
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our services will meet your specific requirements
• Specific results from using our services

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other losses.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim relating to these services shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service.

User Warranties

As a user, you warrant and acknowledge the following:

• All information and documents provided are accurate and authentic
• You have the legal right to submit the documents and information
• You will not use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• You are responsible for any use of your account
• You will indemnify us against any claims or losses resulting from your violation of these terms

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any terms and conditions of use
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting fraud or misusing services
• Delayed payment of due fees
• Any behavior we consider harmful to the platform or other users

In case of account termination, you will not be eligible for a refund of any paid fees, and we may retain your information for legal purposes.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and the platform, you agree to:

• First attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting the support team
• If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be subject to binding arbitration
• Waive your right to file a class action lawsuit
• Agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted individually

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baghdad, Iraq.

By accepting these terms, you agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue.

General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions
• Waiver: Our failure to exercise any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent
• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements
